Landlord provides dumpster for Tenant trash and recycling
Landlord maintains sprinkler system, smoke alarm system, and entry code system for Tenants and their Guests
Landlord has added cable and internet hookups in Bedroom, Loft Bonus Room, Living Area and Kitchen
Landlord provides rug and mat service (contracted through Cintas)
